用高速投射物致伤动物颌面部,建立重型颌面伤动物模型,伤后早期(1h,6h)通过光镜、电镜观察,研究伤区组织损伤病理特点并测定动物伤后血浆中脂质过氧化物、超氧化物歧化酶。结果表明,组织损伤病理特点表现为出血、坏死、变性及炎细胞浸润,血中脂质过氧化物、超氧化物歧化酶伤后均明显升高,提示自由基因素参与组织损伤的发展。文中还对其临床意义进行了讨论。
High-speed projectiles were used to injuried the maxillofacial region of the animals to establish a model of maxillofacial injury. Early and late post-injury (1h and 6h), the histopathological features of injured tissues were observed by light and electron microscopes, and the plasma lipid Peroxide, superoxide dismutase. The results showed that the pathological features of tissue injury manifested as hemorrhage, necrosis, degeneration and infiltration of inflammatory cells, blood lipid peroxides, superoxide dismutase were significantly increased after injury, suggesting that free radical factors involved in the development of tissue damage. The article also discussed its clinical significance.
