《义务教育数学课程标准》指出:“人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必需的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”因此,新课程标准下的计算教学一改以往的枯燥乏味,赋予了计算教学新的内涵,使计算教学充满了生活气息。这就要求教师把计算教学与生活实际相联系,创设一定的生活情境,使学生在体验情境的过程中亲身经历探索和发现的过程,从而提高计算技能与思维能力,解决实际问题。这样,不仅使计算教学来源于生活,服务于生活,还实现了计算教学的有效性。
