编者絮语: 本期我们在“观察与思考”栏目编发了两篇有关就业的稿件:一篇讲经验,一篇说问题;一篇讲由培训而促进就业,主要针对残疾人;一篇谈由下岗而重新择业,问题涉及全社会。两篇文章似乎有些距离,但仔细琢磨其中又联系紧密——残疾人是社会的人,而残疾人就业更是目前全社会普遍面临就业压力中的一个难点。如何搞好残疾人就业工作以致使他们重新择业,加强职业培训无疑是一个重点。认真读一下,我们就会发现那“五个难点”大致都可以经过职业培训而得到解决。培训和就业应该是一种因果的关系,是应该长期地、着重地去抓的大工作。我们欢迎各地残联的同志就这一问题展开探讨。
Editor's note: In this issue, we have published two articles on employment in the section entitled “Observations and Reflections”: one on experience and one on issues; one on employment promotion through training focused on people with disabilities; Talk about reemployment through laid-offs. The issue involves the whole society. There seems to be some distance between the two essays, but careful consideration is given to the fact that people with disabilities are closely linked - people with disabilities are social members. Employment of people with disabilities is even more difficult for the general public nowadays. How to improve the employment of persons with disabilities so that they can resume their careers and enhance vocational training is undoubtedly a priority. Seriously read, we will find that “five difficulties” can be roughly solved through vocational training. Training and employment should be a cause-effect relationship and a major task that should be tackled long-term and intensively. We welcome the comrades from all over the CDF to discuss this issue.
