1 临床资料 患者,男,50岁,里尔飞机飞行员,飞行时间6200 h。因左手红肿、功能障碍5d,加重2d于2001年3月27日入空军总医院。主诉5d前无明显诱因出现左手拇指掌指关节疼痛,未在意。之后其范围扩大并局部肿胀,疼痛加重。活动受限。2d后疼痛进一步加剧,并波及左手大鱼际及手背。检查:一般状况良好,无发热。专科检查:左手拇指掌指关节及大鱼际红肿,皮温高,压痛明显,无明显波动感。X线检查
