在一台中速直喷式柴油机上,通过高速纹影照相技术直接观察了三种典型伞喷油嘴的喷雾发展及混合气形成过程;分析了不同孔径和不同喷射锥角对油束特性、油束着壁、混合气形成和发展过程的影响.在实机运转条件下,采用AVL657燃烧分析仪测取了示功图,并给出放热率曲线和燃烧性能参数,对这三种典型伞喷油嘴的燃烧放热特点进行了较深入的分析.
In a medium speed direct injection diesel engine, the spray development and mixture formation process of three typical umbrella nozzles were directly observed by high-speed schlieren photography. The effects of different pore diameters and different jet cone angles on the characteristics of the fuel bundle, oil Beam wall, the formation of mixed gas and the development process. Under real operating condition, the dynamometer was measured by AVL657 combustion analyzer, and the heat release rate curve and combustion performance parameters were given.
