我厂五吨操作机是属于混合传动直移式(即HZ-5型)锻造操作机。水压机配用操作机进行锻造生产,虽能大大减轻锻造工人的繁重体力劳动,但对操作机司机来说,其体力消耗仍然较大。为此,于七三年下半年,对五吨操作机的操纵系统进行改进,实现远距离操纵,这样,改变了操作机操纵的劳动条件,而且省去了一名操作机司机。现将五吨操作机的电气控制与远距离操纵介绍如下:
