本文介绍了手机面板按键耐磨性能测试系统的设计和开发。设计中充分考虑了影响磨损的多种实际因素,并根据DINEN60068-2-70中关于手或手指摩擦引起的符号及文字磨损的相关标准分析测试结果,提高了性能分析的准确性和效率。本系统也可直接用于其它类似按键产品的耐磨性能测试。
This article introduces the design and development of the mobile phone panel button wear resistance test system. The design takes into account a variety of practical factors that affect wear and tear, and analyzes the test results in accordance with DIN EN 60068-2-70 regarding the signs and textual wear caused by hand or finger rubbing, improving the accuracy and efficiency of performance analysis. The system can also be used directly for other similar button products wear resistance test.
