目的提高对腹型过敏性紫癜的认识。方法回顾分析河北宣化钢铁公司职工医院2004-2008年以急腹症收治的7例腹型过敏性紫癜的临床资料。结果诊断延误时间为2~7 d,全部病例经糖皮质激素、芦丁、维生素治疗痊愈。结论腹型过敏性紫癜与外科急腹症易混淆,延误诊断的原因是对本病认识不足,对本病的腹部体征特点缺乏认真分析。
Objective To improve the understanding of abdominal hypersensitivity purpura. Methods The clinical data of 7 cases of abdominal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura who were treated with acute abdomen in workers’ hospital of Hebei Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company from 2004 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The diagnosis was delayed for 2 to 7 days. All cases were cured by glucocorticoid, rutin and vitamin. Conclusion Abdomen allergic purpura and surgical acute abdomen confused, the reason for the delay in diagnosis is the lack of knowledge of the disease, lack of careful analysis of the signs of the disease of the abdomen.
