本文研究了低合金高速钢W2Mo5Cr4V经TiN涂层后的耐磨性和切削性能,证实W2Mo5Cr4V钢的钨、钼、钒总含量虽仅为通用高速钢的60%左右,一次碳化物数量明显地少,但基体的性能(二次硬化、抗回火稳定性、高温性能等)与通用高速钢相当,加以TiN涂层后能获得与通用高速钢涂层后同样优良的耐磨性和刀具耐用度。本文还从磨损机制和切削力方面探讨了TiN涂层提高高速钢刀具耐用度的机制。
In this paper, the wear resistance and machinability of low alloy high speed steel W2Mo5Cr4V after TiN coating were studied. It was confirmed that the total content of tungsten, molybdenum and vanadium in W2Mo5Cr4V steel was only about 60% of the general high speed steel, and the amount of primary carbides was obviously less , But the matrix properties (secondary hardening, anti-tempering stability, high temperature performance, etc.) and general high-speed steel, TiN coating can be obtained after the same high-speed steel coating with the same excellent wear resistance and tool durability . In this paper, the mechanism of TiN coating to improve the durability of HSS tool is also discussed from the aspects of wear mechanism and cutting force.
