系杆拱桥由于独有的美观和经济的特点,上世纪八九十年代该桥型在我国被大量建成运营。由于此类桥型具有内部超静定的特点和吊杆等特殊构件,和普通梁桥相比,在养护方面具有相当的难度。为确保此类桥梁运营过程中的安全,对吊杆、锚具等容易锈蚀的构件需要更换,在更换方法方面,规范并没有提供相关规定和说明。本文结合一座钢筋混凝土系杆拱桥吊杆更换的实例,介绍了该桥吊杆更换方案、控制目标以及相应注意事项,借此抛砖引玉探讨此类桥型吊杆更换方法。
Tied arch bridge due to unique aesthetic and economic characteristics, the eighties and nineties of last century the bridge was built in China a large number of operations. Because of this type of bridge with the characteristics of internal statically indeterminate and boom and other special components, compared with the ordinary beam bridge, the conservation has considerable difficulty. In order to ensure the safety during the operation of such bridges, components liable to rust, such as suspension rods and anchors, need to be replaced. As for the replacement method, the relevant regulations and instructions are not provided in the specification. In this paper, an example of the replacement of the suspension rod of a reinforced concrete tied arch bridge is introduced. The replacement plan of the suspension rod of the bridge, the control target and the corresponding precautions are introduced in order to discuss the replacement method of such suspension bridge.
