教学秘书作为高职院校日常教学管理的基层执行者,在日常教学管理中是不可或缺的,无时不刻地与各部门、系部领导、授课老师、学生频繁联系,起着教务处、系部领导、教师、学生间联系的桥梁与纽带作用,对保证高职院校教学秩序的正常运行起着至关重要的作用。本文从教学秘书工作的特点入手,分析了教学秘书应具备的素质,进而阐述了教学秘书工作改进的途径等内容,旨在提高教学管理的水平和质量。
Teaching secretary, as the grassroots practitioner in the daily teaching management of higher vocational colleges, is indispensable in the daily teaching management.
