[目的]了解滕州市农村学校幼儿园生活饮用水卫生状况,为保障学校饮水安全提供依据。[方法]2010年4月,对滕州市122所农村学校、幼儿园的饮用水和水质情况进行调查。[结果]调查的122所学校、幼儿园均有饮用水管理员,56.56%建有饮水卫生管理制度和管理档案,饮用水卫生许可证持有率为1.64%,从业人员健康证及培训合格证持有率为51.64%,29.51%做到定期进行水处理、水消毒,24.05%定期进行水质检测。检测122份水样,合格率为45.90%。水样合格率,幼儿园为53.85%,小学为40.24%,中学为59.26%(P>0.05);市政集中供水为100.00%,自建式集中供水为44.74%,自备井供水为22.58%(P<0.05)。66份不合格水样的不合格项目主要是硝酸盐(80.30%)、总大肠菌群(81.82%)、耐热大肠菌群(16.67%)、总硬度(33.33%)。[结论]滕州市农村学校幼儿园生活饮用水卫生状况较差,主要是硬度高、被微生物污染。
[Objective] To understand the sanitary status of drinking water in kindergartens of rural schools in Tengzhou and provide the basis for ensuring the safety of drinking water in schools. [Method] In April 2010, 122 drinking water and water quality of rural schools and kindergartens in Tengzhou were investigated. [Results] 122 schools and kindergartens surveyed had drinking water managers and 56.56% established drinking water health management systems and management records. The holding rate of drinking water hygiene permits was 1.64%. The health certificates and training certificates of employees Rate of 51.64%, 29.51% to do regular water treatment, water disinfection, 24.05% regular water quality testing. 122 samples were tested, with a pass rate of 45.90%. The passing rate of water sample was 53.85% in kindergarten, 40.24% in primary school and 59.26% in middle school (P> 0.05). The municipal centralized water supply was 100.00%, self-built centralized water supply was 44.74% and that of self-made well was 22.58% (P <0.05). 66 unqualified water samples failed mainly nitrate (80.30%), total coliforms (81.82%), heat-resistant coliform (16.67%), total hardness (33.33%). [Conclusion] The health status of drinking water in rural schools in Tengzhou City is poor, mainly due to the high hardness and microbial contamination.
