由于技校生的心理特征、顶岗实习的特殊性以及社会发展的要求,决定了情商对技校生顶岗实习具有重要意义。因此,技工学校应在学生实习过程中通过培养他们抗挫折能力、加强交流、沟通和合作能力培养以及锻炼学生管理情绪等措施,来帮助学生建立高情商,顺利完成顶岗实习。
Due to the psychological characteristics of technical school students, the particularity of internships and the requirements of social development, emotional intelligence determines the importance of emotional intelligence for internship at colleges and universities.
