学生厌学是高职院校教育管理中经常遇到的突出问题之一。厌学问题严重地影响着学校的教育教学质量和学生自身素质的稳步提高。厌学产生的原因有多方面,但高职院校管理者应始终牢固树立以就业为导向、以学生为中心、以能力为本位的高职教育理念,从加强日常教育教学管理入手,改革课程设置,加强思想政治教育与心理健康教育,帮助学生提高学习兴趣和学习能力,激发学生学习积极性,以更好地实现高职院校人才培养的目标。
