近几年,巨峰葡萄发展快、产量高,致使葡萄市场面临缓销困境。然而葡萄贮藏被人们所关注。尽管早在《齐民要术》中就有对之阐述,但若在南北方交界处,温度高、成熟早的鲁南地区普及推广,不做系列化技术配套与组装,则有较大的难度。对此,我们于1986年开始对巨峰二茬葡萄简易贮藏的技术环节,进行了系列化试验研究,可使葡萄贮至翌春4月初,自然损耗率低于5~8%,可溶性固形物含量仍能保持在13.8%以上;平均每公斤果增值3.5倍,取得了低投入、高收益的效果。
