本文通过对香港教育与内地教育进行比较,谈谈香港教育对笔者思考教育的本质产生的启发,并总结其中可取之处,以期有助于学校教育管理工作的开展。一、创设浓厚的育人环境学校精打细算,各个角落都做到了充分使用,过道摆放着各种各样的花卉,花香扑鼻而来,温馨迷人。楼道横梁两侧用汉文和英文书写格言警句,提醒师生时刻顿悟人生哲理。楼梯拐角处都标有英文单词,让学生在无意中记忆词 This article compares the education in Hong Kong with that in the Mainland, and talks about the implications of Hong Kong education for the author’s thinking about education. I also summarize the merits of this study so as to help the development of school education management. First, to create a strong environment for educating the school cost-effective, all corners are done to make full use of the aisle with a variety of flowers, flowers fragrant, warm and charming. Both sides of the corridor beams use Chinese and English to write aphorisms, to remind teachers and students always insight life philosophy.
