本试验观察三种长效、缓释降压药对７５例原发性高血压病人的疗效，及对血脂代谢的影响。发现三组药均有明显的降压效果；第三代β阻滞剂Ｂｉｓｏｐｒｏｌｏｌ有明显的降低心率的作用。ＡＣＥＩ类第三代降压药ｐｅｒｉｎｄｏｐｒｉｌ及钙拮抗剂第三代产品Ｉｓｏｐｔｉｎ，ＳＲ可不同程度的使血浆胆固醇及甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白降低，高密度脂蛋白升高；而Ｂｉｓｏｐｒｏｌｏｌ不具备降低血浆胆固醇及甘油三脂的作用。
This experiment observed three kinds of long-acting, sustained release antihypertensive drugs on 75 patients with essential hypertension efficacy, and lipid metabolism. Three groups of drugs were found to have significant antihypertensive effect; the third generation of β blockers Bisoprolol significantly reduce the role of heart rate. ACEI third-generation antihypertensive drugs perindopril and calcium antagonist third-generation products Isoptin, SR to varying degrees of plasma cholesterol and triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein decreased, high-density lipoprotein increased; and Bisoprolol do not have to reduce Role of plasma cholesterol and triglycerides.
