一稿多投是目前财会刊物中普遍存在的问题,其原因:一是编辑部处理稿件不够及时,稿件发出一般要3个月后才知道是否采用。二是财会刊物泛滥(目前已有100余家),为一稿多投提供了条件。三是有的作者投稿是以赚钱为目的,笔者曾闻:某公好写评论,每篇打印120份,带回家妻子孩子帮助写信封,投向全国各家报刊,每月收入盈盈。为了进一步办好刊物,禁绝一稿多投现象。我认为要采取以下措施: 一、建立刊物稿约制度。在每期刊物后封
One manuscript is a common problem in current accounting publications.
