[目的]为加快邓恩桉的推广提供理论基础。[方法]以邓恩桉(Euca lyptus dunnii)和尾巨桉无性系U9(E.urophylla×E.Grandis.U9)为试验材料,研究了2种桉属树种插条中酚类物质及相关酶活性的差异。[结果]2种桉属树种插条中酚类物质含量及吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)、过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性差异显著。与U9相比,邓恩桉插条中酚类物质含量及POD活性较高,而IAAO、PPO活性较低。[结论]插条中较高含量的酚类物质及相关氧化酶活性差异可能是导致邓恩桉扦插生根困难的重要因素。
[Objective] To provide a theoretical basis for accelerating the promotion of Dunn Eucalyptus. [Method] With the Euca lyptus dunnii and E. urophylla × E. grandis.U9 as materials, the effects of phenolics and related enzymes in two Eucalyptus species were studied difference. [Result] The content of phenolic compounds and the activities of IAAO, POD and PPO in two Eucalyptus species were significantly different. Compared with U9, Dunn Eucalyptus cuttings had higher phenolic content and POD activity, while IAAO and PPO activity were lower. [Conclusion] The higher content of phenolic compounds and related oxidase activities in cuttings may be an important factor leading to the difficult rooting of Eucalyptus dunnii cuttings.
