The core of primary school teaching management is to create a good learning environment for primary school students and to enable teachers to impart knowledge to achieve the educational purpose of the school. The implementation of incentive mechanism in the management of schools can encourage the majority of primary school teachers to work hard and promote the smooth development of school education.
