原花青素是植物体内一类在热酸处理下能产生红色花色素的多酚类化合物,是一种天然抗氧化剂,广泛分布于葡萄籽、松树皮、蚕豆皮中。目前,原花青素已作为主要活性成分,添加于药品及食品营养补充剂中。利用葡萄籽、葡萄皮、茶叶、树皮、山楂皮等提取原花青素的报道较多,但利用油菜籽皮提取的报道较少。本实验以油菜籽皮为原料,采用多因素分析方法提取原花青素,并分析提取剂种类、浓度、料液比、提取时间等因素对提取效果的影响。现将实验结果报道如下。
Proanthocyanidins are a class of polyphenols compounds that produce red anthocyanidins under acid treatment. They are a natural antioxidants widely distributed in grape seed, pine bark and broad bean skin. Currently, proanthocyanidins have been added as active ingredients to pharmaceuticals and food supplements. Grape seed, grape skin, tea, bark, hawthorn and other extraction of proanthocyanidins are reported more, but the use of rapeseed skin less reported. In this experiment, rapeseed husk was used as raw material, the proanthocyanidins were extracted by multivariate analysis, and the effects of extraction agent, such as the type, concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction efficiency were analyzed. The experimental results are reported below.
