高速钢工具的淬火加热通常用高温盐浴炉。为保证淬火加热质量,必须严格控制加热温度,并尽可能缩短加热的升温时间,目前我国的大部分工具厂都使用电子电位差计配用光学感温计对高温盐浴炉进行通断式控制,其控温精度大于±5℃,且容易受环境影响,很难控制高速钢工具的淬火质量。为解决这个问题,我们应用了高温盐浴炉的微机控制系统。

In order to ensure the quality of quenching and heating, the heating temperature must be strictly controlled and the heating temperature rising time should be shortened as far as possible. At present, most of the tool factories in our country use the electronic potentiometer with optical thermometer to control the high temperature salt bath furnace , The temperature control accuracy is greater than ± 5 ℃, and easily affected by the environment, it is difficult to control the quality of high-speed steel quenching tool. In order to solve this problem, we have applied the computer control system of high-temperature salt bath furnace.
