一位著名的教育学者曾经说过这么一段令人深省的话:学校的责任和使命在于不让一个学生掉队,保障每个学生的学习权利,保障每个学生都得到高质量的教育。除此之外还有个重要的使命:不让一个教师掉队,促进每一位教师作为教育专家不断成长。对创办才五年的高起点定位的年轻学校,高质量的教育关键是要有高质量的师资,数学学科在高考中的作用是众所周知的,加强数学教研组青年教师的快速成长才是根本。我认为必须要创建一个让教师越工作越有使命感,越能感觉到自己价值的教研组,让所有数学青年教师在从教的道路上“逼”出成长的美丽,“熬”出优秀的自己,与学生共同成长,与学校共同发展。
A well-known educational scholar once said that it is a profound lesson: the responsibility and mission of a school is to prevent a student from falling behind, protect each student’s learning rights, and ensure that every student receives a high-quality education. In addition, there is an important mission: to prevent a teacher from falling behind and to promote the continuous growth of each teacher as an educational expert. It is well known that the role of maths in college entrance examination is well known. The key to a high-quality education is to establish a high starting point for young schools. It is essential to strengthen the rapid growth of young teachers in math teaching and research groups. I think we must create a teaching and research group that allows teachers to work more and more with a sense of mission and the more they feel their value, so that all young math teachers can grow beautifully and “boil” out of the teaching path Excellent self, grow with the students, and common development with the school.
