目的建立工作场所空气中1,2-二氯乙烯的二硫化碳解吸-气相色谱法测定方法。方法采用溶剂解吸型活性炭管进行采样,经二硫化碳解吸,应用DB-1毛细管柱(30 m×0.320 mm×0.10μm)采用程序升温方式进行分离,火焰离子检测器检测,保留时间定性时,峰高或峰面积定量。结果方法的线性范围为0.16μg/ml~756μg/ml,相关系数(r)=0.999 5;当采集1.5 L样品,最低检出浓度为0.1 mg/m~3;平均解吸效率为100.6%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.5%。结论该方法简单,灵敏度、准确度和精密度高,适用于工作场所空气中1,2-二氯乙烯测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 1,2-dichloroethylene in workplace air by carbon disulfide desorption-gas chromatography. Methods Solvent desorption activated charcoal tube was used for sampling. The sample was desorbed by carbon disulfide, and separated by DB-1 capillary column (30 m × 0.320 mm × 0.10 μm) by programmed temperature increasing method. Flame ionization detector was used to detect the peak height Or peak area. Results The linear range of the method was 0.16μg / ml ~ 756μg / ml with correlation coefficient (r) = 0.999 5. The minimum detectable concentration was 1.5 mg / m ~ 3 when the sample was collected at 1.5L. The average desorption efficiency was 100.6% The standard deviation of 1.3% to 2.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and precise. It is suitable for the determination of 1,2-dichloroethylene in the air of workplace.
