目前,显示出电压增加而电流不饱和的真空三极管全新特性的场效应晶体管,由于其特性新颖和优越,不仅适用于高频领域,而且开始向功率机器和高频机器等领域发展。其特点大致归纳如下: (1)没有显示出以前的场效应晶体管那样的所谓饱和的五极管特性,而给出了非饱和的特性或三极管特性。因此,以前的场效应晶体管为恒流型器件,而这种新的场效应晶体管为恒压型器件。
At present, the field-effect transistor that shows the new characteristic of a vacuum transistor with increased voltage and current saturation is not only suitable for the high-frequency area but also started to be applied to power machines and high-frequency machines due to its novel characteristics and superiority.
