为了在细观层次上进行混凝土数值模拟,将混凝土视为骨料、砂浆以及二者之间的界面层组成的非均匀复合材料,利用Matlab编程语言结合蒙特卡罗方法实现了混凝土细观结构三维球形随机骨料模型的自动生成,并通过四级配混凝土骨料生成投放试验和三级配混凝土劈拉试验进行了验证。结果表明,所建模型骨料投放含量能达到58%左右,可满足大体积、全级配混凝土的骨料投放模拟。
In order to carry out the numerical simulation of concrete at the meso-level, the concrete is regarded as the aggregate, the mortar and the non-uniform composite material composed of the interface layer between the two. The Matlab programming language combined with Monte Carlo method is used to realize the three- Spherical random aggregate model was automatically generated and verified by four levels of concrete aggregate placement launch test and three-grade concrete splitting tensile test. The results show that the content of the model aggregate can reach about 58%, which can be used to simulate the aggregate distribution of large-volume and full-grade concrete.
