8月3日,中国教育学会特殊教育分会第五次代表大会在北京召开。大会听取并审议了朴永馨代表中国教育学会特殊教育分会第四届理事会所作的工作报告,选举产生了特殊教育分会新一届理事会,王文湛当选理事长。中国残疾人联合会教育就业部副主任钱鹏江、教育部基础教育司副司长李天顺、中国教育学会常务副会长郭永福等领导到会祝贺并讲话。
On August 3, the Fifth Congress of Special Education Branch of China Education Society was held in Beijing. The meeting listened and considered the work report of Park Yong-hsien on behalf of the fourth council of the special education branch of the Chinese Society of Education, and elected the new session of the special education branch and Wang Wenzhan’s election as the chairman of the board of directors. Qian Pengjiang, deputy director of the Education and Employment Department of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation, Li Tianshun, deputy director of the Basic Education Department of the Ministry of Education, and Guo Yongfu, executive vice president of the China Education Society, delivered speeches and congratulations.
