患者叶××,女。27岁。第一胎因过期妊娠13天,末次月经1982年9月1日,于1983年6月21日入院。月经初潮16岁,量中等。体检:发育中等,血压110/70mmHg,心肺(-),腹部增大如妊娠足月,肝脾(-)。由于过期妊娠要求剖宫产,乃于1983年6月22日施行子宫下段剖宫产术,术中及术后经过顺利,伤口Ⅰ期愈合,于6月30日出院。出院后阴道偶有少量淡黄色分泌物,未作处理即止,突于9月12日出现阴道出血,至某医院就诊,给抗炎止血药治疗,
