按2×2×2析因设计,以给饲方式对雄性小鼠进行Pb(200ppm),Cd(50ppm),As(50ppm)单独及联合染毒10周。
Male mice were individually and jointly exposed to Pb (200 ppm), Cd (50 ppm), As (50 ppm) for 10 weeks in a 2x2x2 factorial design. Determination of Six Trace Elements Pb, Cd, As, Zn, Cu and Fe in Mouse Liver by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. The results showed that the combined effects of lead, cadmium and arsenic on the contents of Pb, Cd, As, Zn and Fe in the liver of the mice were significantly different from those of the single toxicity, but not obvious for the Cu content. There is a complex interaction between harmful elements and between harmful elements and essential trace elements.
