Introduction The world’s chemical and chemical products have reached as many as 70,000 kinds, the total chemical output value of about 1 trillion US dollars (about 500 billion yuan in China). Chemicals have greatly enriched the material life of humankind, improved the quality of life, and played an important role in controlling diseases, extending life expectancy, increasing crop varieties and yields, and saving and preserving foods.
