本文报道了以不同升温速率进行程序升温脱附研究HM分子筛的氨脱附的实验结果。在TPD谱图上呈现出两个化学吸附的脱附峰,其脱附活化能分别是28.0和117kJ/mol,前者相应于L酸中心吸附氨的脱附峰,后者相应于B酸中心吸附氨的脱附峰。实验结果还表明氨分子在B酸中心上优先被吸附。根据程脱谱图经过数学处理得到了不同覆盖度下的脱附活化能和活化熵,数据表明在L酸中心上吸附的氨分子可动性是较大的。
In this paper, experimental results on the ammonia desorption of HM zeolite by temperature programmed desorption at different heating rates were reported. On the TPD spectrum, two chemisorption desorption peaks were obtained with desorption activation energies of 28.0 and 117 kJ / mol, respectively, the former corresponding to the desorption peak of ammonia adsorbed on the L acid site and the latter adsorbed on the B acid site Ammonia desorption peak. The experimental results also show that ammonia molecules are preferentially adsorbed on the B acid center. The deactivation activation energy and activation entropy under different coverage are obtained by mathematical treatment according to the deprogramming curve of the process, and the data show that the mobility of the ammonia molecule adsorbed on the L acid center is larger.
