企业文化是80年代初在西方国家出现的一种新兴管理科学,是当代世界企业管理现代化的重要发展方向。十四届三中全会《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》中也把加强企业文化建设作为我国转换国有企业经营机制,建立现代企业管理制度的一项重要内容。随着我国建立社会主义市场经济体制的不断深入,企业文化在现代企业中的地位和作用越来越被人们所重视。本文就企业文化在企业经营管理中的地位和作用以及企业如何搞好企业文化建设,谈一些认识。
Corporate culture is an emerging management science that emerged in western countries in the early 1980s and is an important development direction of modern enterprise management in the contemporary world. The Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System also takes strengthening the construction of enterprise culture as an important part of our country’s system of operating state-owned enterprises and establishing a modern enterprise management system. With the deepening of China’s establishment of a socialist market economic system, the position and role of corporate culture in modern enterprises have drawn more and more attention. This article discusses the status and role of corporate culture in the management of enterprises and how to do a good job in corporate culture construction.
