目的　探讨泪道阻塞的治疗方法。方法　应用 12 #空心探针引导直径 0 .6 m m光导纤维的 KTP激光疏通泪道 ,术后眼膏填充 ,随访 1～ 6个月。结果　一次手术有效 92 .7% ,二次手术有效 96 .5 %。结论　该方法治疗泪道阻塞简单 ,行之有效。 Objective To investigate the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 12 # hollow probes were used to guide the lacrimal passage of KTP laser with a diameter of 0.6 m and the optical fibers were filled. The eyes were filled with ocular ointment and followed up for 1 to 6 months. Results The first operation was effective at 92.7% and the second operation at 96.5%. Conclusion The method of treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction is simple and effective.
