我站对堵漏剂研试,是从1979年7月开始,在8月份正式装车试用。经三年多时间,共进行37台车的使用证明,此堵漏剂对发动机冷却系渗漏的填补效果很好,使用价值较高。37台堵漏试验车、有18台是在大修中进行的,有19台是在行车中进行的,只有一台车因驾驶员没有按操作要求去做而返工,其余都一次成功。其中跟踪的三台车,每台车都已行驶了五万公里以上(一台行驶了七万多公里),均未发现漏水。对散热器试用效果也很好。三年多的试验证明使用此堵漏剂比冷、热焊补和用树脂粘补有很大优越性:(1)用电焊进行冷焊补,温度控制不好,容易产生残余应力;(2)用热焊补,必须解体,劳动强度大,且易产生
