建立医院信息管理系统是一项很大的系统工程,好的网络系统设计和规化是非常必要的。无论是硬件选择,还是软件设计都有一个最优化问题,特别是作为一个使用单位,性价比这一指标应引起我们的高度重视,在实现的过程中,要把握好三个阶段的工作:一是做好系统的需求论证工作,这项工作是非常重要的,它又可分为硬件需求论证和软件需求论证,从硬件方面应解决硬件的档次、站点的多少、网络的拓扑结构等,软件方面要解决好操作系统的选择、数据库系统选择、应用系统的功能设计分析。二是要做好系统的软件设计及调试工作,这是一个艰难而又复杂的工作,要经过需求一设计一需求……这样反复的磨合过程,也是计算机技术人员与医院管理人员不断结合、共同开发的过程。三是要做好运行前的准备工作,一个软件出台,只能是实现了功能上的设计,但并没有经过实践的检验,使用人员的岗前培训也是不可忽视的,操作人员队伍是庞大的,一个好的应用软件,得不到正确的应用,岂不可惜,要解决好设计人员与操作人员之间的协调问题,必须要从实际出发。本人认为只有把握好这三个环节,才能使网络运行从小到大,从局部到全局,最终实现正常的系统运行。
