江西电视台卫星频道于2005年元月开播的回报新闻事件、讲述法理人生的栏目《传奇故事》,采用全国各家电视台提供的生动案例和感人故事,在精心编制、深度开掘、平民视角、个性讲述的理念指导下,巧妙地将法制类节目和情感类节目元素相结合,在较短时间内打造出一个被广大电视观众认可的节目品牌。栏目开播不久,其收视率便跃居全国卫视晚间收视的前10名。本刊特邀几位专家、学者,就《传奇故事》栏目的素材选择、二度创作、低成本运营等做法进行了研究分析,希望能对从事电视整合类节目和制作电视法制类节目的同行有所启示。
