目的研究 Fas/FasL 表达与 HBV 感染的关系。方法用免疫组化方法同时检测52例肝穿组织 Fas、FasL、HBsAg 和 HBcAg 的表达。结果这四项指标均与病变进展程度相关,其表达的阳性程度在各型乙型肝炎的分布差异均有显著意义(P<0.05或 P<0.01),但 Fas/FasL 阳性的肝细胞并不全为 HBsAg 及 HBcAg 阳性。结论 Fas/FasL 系统参与HBV 感染时的细胞凋亡机制,但可能存在某种自杀方式或自分泌及旁分泌杀伤机制。
Objective To study the relationship between Fas / FasL expression and HBV infection. Methods The expressions of Fas, FasL, HBsAg and HBcAg in liver biopsy specimens of 52 cases were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The four indexes were all related to the degree of progression of the disease. The positive expression of these four indexes in all types of hepatitis B were significantly different (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but the Fas / FasL positive hepatocytes were not all For HBsAg and HBcAg positive. Conclusion The Fas / FasL system is involved in the mechanism of apoptosis in HBV infection, but there may be some suicide or autocrine and paracrine mechanisms.
