以某钢厂四号板坯连铸机为研究对象,应用商业有限元软件MSC.Marc2005r2,并基于二维模型和三维模型两种建模思路对连铸板坯的应力应变场进行了仿真分析,获得了板坯表面及内部应力应变的详细分布情况,仿真结果表明,板坯局部的应力应变值随着拉坯速度的增加而相应增大,且在二维模型和三维模型两种条件下获得的计算结果趋于一致,从理论上说明,在实际的板坯连铸工程中完全可以采用二维有限元分析方法来指导设计,以有效简化设计难度及提高设计效率。
Taking the fourth slab caster of a steel mill as the research object, the commercial finite element software MSC.Marc2005r2 was applied to simulate the stress-strain field of continuous casting slab based on two-dimensional model and three-dimensional model , The detailed distribution of stress and strain on slab surface and interior was obtained. The simulation results show that the local stress and strain values of slab increase correspondingly with the increase of casting speed, and under the condition of two-dimensional model and three-dimensional model The calculated results tend to be consistent. Theoretically, it is entirely possible to use two-dimensional finite element analysis to guide the design in actual slab continuous casting project, so as to effectively simplify the design difficulty and improve the design efficiency.
