随着经济体制改革的不断深入,股份制在我国悄然兴起。怎样将股份制引入到企业之中,是企业界研究的热门话题之一。冶金部第三冶金建设公司在安置职工子女就业中,打破传统的办企业方式,成立了三冶劳动服务股份有限公司(简称股份公司)。这种新型所有制企业走出了一条真正意义上的自主经营,自负盈亏,自我积累,自我发展的道路,为国营大中型企业转换经营机制提供了有益的借鉴。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system, the joint-stock system has quietly emerged in China. How to introduce the stock system into the company is one of the hot topics in the business community. The third metallurgical construction company of the Ministry of Metallurgy broke the traditional way of doing business in the employment of the workers of the resettlement workers and established Sanye Labor Service Co., Ltd.
