本文以填充萃取剂2-乙基已基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯[HEH(EHP)]的树脂CL-P507为色层固定相,研究了在盐酸介质中淋洗液酸度、温度、流速对钇铒分离的影响。用钇和铒的1gD对-1g[H~+]作图,得到了斜率均为3~-的两条直线,其表明Ln~(3+)与H~+按1∶3进行交换反应。研究了温度对平衡分配的影响,测算了钇和铒色层反应的焓增最。CL-P507树脂的红外光谱表明色层反应是按液-液萃取机理进行的。在此基础上计算了表观平衡常数、自由能和熵的变化。给出了钇铒分离的适宜条件,并对CL-P507树脂颗粒及其表面结构作了扫描电子显微镜观察。
In this paper, CL-P507, a resin packed with 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid 2-ethylhexyl phosphonate (HEH (EHP)], was used as the chromatographic stationary phase to study the effects of acidity, Effect of Flow Rate on Separation of Yttrium and Erbium. Two lines with slopes of 3 ~ are obtained by plotting 1gD of yttrium and erbium to -1g [H ~ +], which indicates that Ln ~ (3+) and H ~ + exchange 1: 3. The effect of temperature on the equilibrium distribution was studied, and the enthalpy increase of the reaction between yttrium and erbium was calculated. FTIR spectra of CL-P507 resin indicate that the chromatographic reaction is carried out by liquid-liquid extraction. On this basis, the changes of apparent equilibrium constant, free energy and entropy were calculated. The suitable conditions for the separation of yttrium and erbium were given. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations of the CL-P507 resin particles and their surface structures were performed.
