以教师为主导的传统班级管理方式过于追求表面化的纪律和秩序,导致班级管理沦为教学的附庸,班级的育人功能得不到有效实现。本文通过树理念、建平台、定岗责和量化评价四个步骤构建班级学生共同体,创新了班级管理方式,力图将班主任对班级的被动管理转变为学生的主动建设,以期充分发挥班级的育人价值。
The traditional class-based management with teachers as the leading means is too much pursuit of superficial discipline and order, which leads to the reduction of class management to the vassal of teaching and the failure of class-based education to be effectively realized. This paper constructs a class student community through the four steps of tree concept, platform construction, job post responsibility and quantitative evaluation. It innovates the class management mode and seeks to change the class teacher's passive management of the class to the initiative construction of the students in order to give full play to the class's educational value .
