当前,我国经济发展水平在不断提升,与此同时,由于经济活动的日益频繁,城市土地价格也在不断攀升,商品房的价格让很多中低收入家庭背负着沉重的负担,尤其是低收入群体对于商品房更是无法承受购买的压力。政府为了缓解这一社会矛盾,实行了政策性住房的相关措施,极大的改善了民生整体情况。本篇文章立足于我国政策性住房的现状,根据我国政策性住房当前存在的问题,积极的提出了相应的解决措施。希望本篇文章可以带给人们一些借鉴以及思考,为构建社会主义和谐社会注入无限的动力。
At present, the level of economic development in our country is constantly improving. At the same time, due to the increasing economic activities, the prices of urban land are also rising. The prices of commercial houses make a lot of low- and middle-income families bears a heavy burden, especially for low-income groups. Real estate is unable to withstand the pressure of buying. In order to alleviate this social contradiction, the government has implemented relevant measures for policy-oriented housing, which has greatly improved the overall livelihood of the people. This article based on the current situation of our country’s policy-oriented housing, according to China’s current problems of policy-oriented housing, and actively put forward the corresponding solutions.
