采用Ｂ９－１１细胞检测正常人血清ＩＬ－１１水平，实验结果表明：①ｒｈＩＬ－１１能刺激Ｂ９－１１细胞，而正常人血清和普通全培养基不能刺激其生长，最后导致细胞死亡。②ｒｈＩＬ－６也能刺激Ｂ９－１１细胞增殖，用抗ＩＬ－６单抗ＢＥ－８能完全中和所加ｒｈＩＬ－６的活性，剩余的ｒｈＩＬ－１１仍然刺激Ｂ９－１１细胞增殖。
Normal human serum levels of IL-11 were detected by using B9-11 cells. The results showed that: (1) rhIL-11 stimulated B9-11 cells, while normal human serum and normal whole medium did not stimulate their growth, leading to cell death. (2) rhIL-6 also stimulated the proliferation of B9-11 cells. The anti-IL-6 monoclonal antibody BE-8 completely neutralized the activity of rhIL-6. The remaining rhIL-11 still stimulated the proliferation of B9-11 cells.
