介绍了一种用于卧式蜗壳叶片泵的新型自吸装置。该装置是在泵的进口连接一段向上翘起的折弯管，在折弯管顶部与水泵或叶轮进口之间连接一根吸气管，组成一种新型的自吸装置，该装置型式不仅适用于单吸卧式蜗壳叶片泵，而且适用于双吸卧式蜗壳叶片泵，其应用范围可扩大到３００ｍｍ口径的卧式蜗壳离心泵和混流泵。同时提出了对虹吸式进水流道（管道）和负压吸水管突高点聚气进行处理的简便技术。
A new self-priming device for a horizontal scroll pump is introduced. The device is connected at the inlet of the pump to a bending pipe which is upwardly tilted, and an air suction pipe is connected between the top of the bending pipe and the inlet of the water pump or the impeller to form a novel self-priming device. The device type is applicable In single suction horizontal volute blade pump, and suitable for double suction horizontal volute blade pump, its application range can be expanded to 300mm horizontal horizontal volute centrifugal pump and mixed flow pump. At the same time, a simple and convenient technique for the treatment of siphon-type inlet channels (pipes) and negative pressure suction pipes at high spots was proposed.
