一、前言近年来,半导体光敏电阻在国防、科学、技术中特别是工业自动化方面获得日益广泛的应用。对半导体光电导现象的研究和各种不同性能的光敏电阻的制备已引起了科学技术界的重視。目前已有各种类型的产品投入生产,它們有不同的光电特性和应用范围。其中CdS是很重要的一种材料,它可制成单晶或多晶体的光敏电阻。这种光敏电阻不仅对可见光而且对X射綫、γ射綫以及(?)、β等粒子流都有极高的灵敏度。因此CdS材料可制成作为輻射測量及自动控制元件的光敏电阻[1,2]、X射綫剂量測量計[3,4]、γ射綫及其他高能輻射接收器[5]。
I. Introduction In recent years, semiconductor photoresistor has gained more and more extensive applications in national defense, science and technology, especially in industrial automation. The researches on the phenomenon of semiconductor photoconductivity and the preparation of photosensitive resistors of various properties have attracted the attention of science and technology circles. There are various types of products have been put into production, they have different optical properties and applications. CdS is one of the most important materials, which can be made into monocrystalline or polycrystalline photoresistors. This kind of photosensitive resistor has extremely high sensitivity not only to the visible light but also to the X-ray, the gamma ray and the particle flow such as (?),? As a result, CdS materials can be used as photoresistors [1, 2], X-ray dosimeters [3, 4], gamma rays and other high energy radiation receivers [5] for radiation measurement and automatic control.
