对 [(亚洲棉×比克氏棉 )× (陆地棉×黄褐棉 ) ]种间杂种的形态性状和细胞学进行了研究。结果表明 ,四元杂种F1的叶片性状主要受父本的影响 ,苞叶与萼片属中间类型 ,花部变异最大 ,既受父本的影响 ,也受母本的影响。四元杂种F1在减数分裂时 ,染色体配对极不正常 ,大多以单价体的形式存在 ,且分裂不同步 ,最终导致形成的四分孢子不正常或形成多分孢子 ,这是四元杂种F1不育的主要原因。
Morphological traits and cytology of interspecific hybrids ([Asian cotton × Beech cotton × cotton × yellow cotton] were studied.
