病历摘要患儿男性,8岁,于1986年6月21日入院。患儿1周前始发热,体温38～39℃,伴有上腹疼痛,持续3天后出现巩膜及皮肤黄染,尿呈金黄色,大便黄色成形。曾以病毒性肝炎在当地治疗5天热退,但黄疸无减轻,精神软弱乏力,腹胀,食纳尚可,无恶心呕吐。以“病毒性肝炎(急性黄疸型)”收入院。自5岁起易患“上感”,发热后多次出现贫血,长期服用“补血露”及其他抗贫血药均无效,5岁时曾因贫血血红蛋白70g/L(7g/dl)输
