武汉市硚口区双环小学是一所由企业剥离,地属城市边缘的薄弱学校。学校教师队伍整体素质不高,而学校生源80%以上来自农民工家庭。自2006年开始,学校参加了潘海燕教授指导“自主生长式教师专业发展理论与实践研究”相关工作,学校教师队伍成长迅速,学生学习习惯养成情况明显改善,教育教学质量显著提高。特别是2009年,我们接受了一所办学资质不合格的私立小学的96名学
Shoukou District, Wuhan City, Shuanghuan primary school is a stripped by the enterprises, to the edge of the city’s weak schools. The overall quality of school teachers is not high, while more than 80% of students come from migrant families. Since 2006, the school has participated in the related work of Professor Pan Haiyan, “The Theory and Practice of Independently Growing Teachers’ Professional Development”. The team of teachers in schools has grown rapidly, the learning habits of students have been significantly improved, and the quality of education and teaching has been remarkably improved.
