中国红十字会的资金来源主要是财政拨款、会费缴纳,以及大企业,尤其是央企的捐款。这些资金性质以及红会“官本位”特点,一定程度上决定了红会不透明的现在7月8日,基金会中心网成立一周年。按惯例,来自全国的几百家NPO(非营利组织)成员,以及世界各国公益从业者代表汇聚北京,今年讨论的主题是“打造透明口袋”。
The sources of funding for the Chinese Red Cross are mainly financial allocations, payment of dues, and donations from large enterprises, especially the central government. The nature of these funds and the characteristics of the Red Cross and the “Official Standard” have, to a certain extent, determined the first anniversary of the founding of the Foundation Central Network on July 8, now that the Red Cross will be opaque. Traditionally, hundreds of NPO (non-profit organization) members from all over the country and representatives of philanthropic practitioners from all over the world have gathered in Beijing. The theme of this year’s discussion is “to create a transparent pocket.”
