新闻出版总署近日在其主办的“中国图书出版网”上公布了《关于征求<图书质量管理规定>(修订稿)修改意见的通知》,并附有《图书质量管理规定》(修订稿),对1997年新闻出版总署制定的《图书质量管理规定》作了不少修改。其中第18条修改为:“经检查为质量不合格的图书,差错率在万分之一以上,万分之五以下,出版单位负责全部收回,采取附加勘误表等技术处理或改正重印,方可重新上市销售;超过万分之五(不包括万分之五)不到万分之十的不合格图
